Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. You can cancel your Pro subscription at any time from your account settings. Your Pro features remain active until the end of your current billing period — no partial-month charges, no penalties.
What happens to my projects if I downgrade?
All of your projects are kept safe. If you have more than 3 saved projects when you downgrade, you can still view and export them, but you won't be able to create new ones until you're back under the free-tier limit. You'll never lose work.
Do you offer refunds?
We offer a full refund within the first 14 days of any paid subscription, no questions asked. After that, you can cancel anytime and keep access through the end of your billing period.
Is there a student discount?
Yes! We offer 50% off Pro for students and educators with a valid .edu email address. Contact us at support@hometheatervisualizer.com with proof of enrollment and we'll set up your discount.
